30‑Day Returns – No Hard Feelings

Simple rule: Not happy? Let us know within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Unused, unwashed, with original packaging (unless defective).

• Bath items (towels, mats) must have hygiene seal intact, unless defective.

• Final sale: clearance, gift cards, mystery bundles – not returnable.

How to return

1. Email yijiehua64@outlook.com with your order number and reason.

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (cost deducted for change-of-mind returns).

3. You must ship the item within 7 days of receiving the refund address.

Return fees

• Defective or wrong item: free label, full refund including original shipping.

• Changed your mind: $5.99 deducted from refund. Original shipping is not refunded.

Refund timing
After we receive the return, allow 3–5 business days for inspection. Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged / defective?
Email within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a free replacement or full refund – usually no need to return the damaged item.

Cancellations
You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering. After that, we may have already processed – contact us quickly.
